Leader of Edcamp POPCS 2015
I had the pleasure of leading POPCS Edcamp 2015 with my colleague Diane Peterson. We led teachers in brainstorming possible discussion topics, setting up a discussion schedule, and a variety of other tasks to make the day a success. In this event, I led teachers to lead teachers! Inception! Teachers found it very rewarding to lead their peers in discussion. To the right are some screenshots of various components of the event.

YouTube Videos Have an Impact - Leaving Quality Blog Comments
I made a video/screencast in 2014 on how to leave high quality comments on other people's blogs. It was based on the original from Linda Yollis, but I geared it more toward the 6-10th grade age group. I share the video with staff who like to blog with their students. Evidence of this is in the tweet to the right. Ashley used it in her English classes to help her students leave high quality comments on each others blogs. Additionally, the video has reached across the globe into Saskatchewan for use in Mrs. Waldner's 9th grade English classes.
